The Card Policy sets out the conditions under which a customer may use a credit card or debit card (the "Card") to pay payment amounts and service fees to Curfex (HK) Limited in connection with the Services.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any onboarding or service-specific documents made available to the customer.
Card payments are accepted solely for approved service types and may be restricted by corridor, customer profile, transaction size, or internal risk policy.
Curfex may suspend, reject, or reverse a card-funded transaction where this is necessary to comply with law, scheme rules, fraud controls, sanctions screening, AML requirements, or issuer/acquirer requirements.
Acceptance of a card payment does not guarantee execution of the related transfer. A transfer remains subject to compliance review and operational acceptance.
The customer must ensure that any Card used is valid, lawfully held, and used with the full authority of the cardholder. Curfex may request evidence of ownership, source of funds, or supporting documentation before processing.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the security of card credentials and complying with all issuer instructions, including strong customer authentication or 3-D Secure steps where applicable.
The customer must not use a Card in a manner that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended use of the Services.
Where a card-funded transfer has already been executed, the customer remains liable for the full amount if the card payment is subsequently reversed or disputed.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law, network rules, and Curfex operational policy. Curfex may refuse a refund request where funds have already been paid out, converted, or otherwise irreversibly applied to the requested service.
Where a refund is approved, it may be returned to the original payment source where required, or otherwise through another compliant method determined by Curfex.
Issuer processing times, card network timelines, and foreign exchange movements may affect the final timing and amount of any refund.
